Abstract:
Abstract:
A carton includes an open top container (10) and a separate top closure (20) and is provided with at least one reinforced handle. The or each reinforced handle is provided in part by the open top container (10) and in part by the top closure (20).
Abstract:
There is provided a paperboard assembly for retaining together a plurality of articles (12), said assembly comprises a paperboard wrap (11) in the form of a sleeve which encircles the plurality of articles (12), and a paperboard insert (20) which is provided at either or both ends of the sleeve. The paperboard sleeve has generally open ends whereby the or each insert (20) closes off at least a portion of its associated end and is retained in position with respect to the sleeve.
Abstract:
A carton for containing at least one article. The carton comprises a plurality of panels at least partially forming an interior of the carton. The plurality of panels comprises a top panel. The carton comprises an article protection flap foldably connected to at least one panel of the plurality of panels. The article protection flap is moveable between a first position that is substantially parallel to the top panel and a second position wherein the article protection flap is folded relative to the top panel. The at least one access feature in the top panel is for positioning the article protection flap from the first position to the second position.
Abstract:
A detection device able to analyse the surface of a plane support (18), comprising at least one ramp (24, 26) formed with at least two housings (27a, 27b), comprising at least one optoelectronic emitter-receiver element and a light emission-reception slit. The two housings (27a, 27b) are disposed in an adjacent manner, each housing (27a, 27b) integrating at least two emitter-receiver elements, the elements being mutually arranged so that the slit (28b, 28d) of one element is parallel and offset with respect to the slit (28a, 28c) of the other element, the housings (27a, 27b) being mutually arranged so that the slit (28a) of one of the housings (27b) is parallel and offset with respect to the slit (28d) of the other of the housings immediately adjacent (27a), the assembly of slits (28a, 28b, 28c, 28d) making it possible to cover the entire breadth of the support (18) without interrupting light emission-reception.
Abstract:
A package (10) for absorbent articles (60), such as disposable diapers, training pants and adult incontinence undergarments more resistant to deformation.
Abstract:
A carton for holding a plurality of containers. The carton comprises panels that extend at least partially around an interior of the carton. The panels comprise a top panel, a bottom panel, a first side panel, and a second side panel. At least two end flaps are respectively foldably attached to respective panels and are overlapped with respect to one another to at least partially form a closed end of the carton. A reinforcing insert comprises a central panel at least partially in contact with the top panel, at least one reinforcing end flap at least partially in contact with at least one of the end flaps, and at least one reinforcing side flap foldably connected to the central panel. The carton comprises a dispenser for allowing access to the articles in the carton. The dispenser comprises at least a portion of the top panel and the central panel.
Abstract:
A carton and a blank for forming a carton including a tray portion (10) with an open top and a cover (100) connected to the tray portion (10) to close the top of the tray portion. The tray portion has a pair of opposed end walls (12, 16) each having a hand aperture (54, 62) and the cover (100) has a pair of end flaps (112, 120) disposed internally of the end walls (12, 16) of the tray portion (10). Another aspect of the invention also covers a package including a carton referred to above and a collapsible carrier (291, 391) retained within the carton.
Abstract:
A carton accommodating primary containers such as beverage cans arranged in at least three lateral rows in which the centre of said rows has fewer containers than adjacent rows. The carton comprises a pair of superposed tray structures (70) which are connected together by a wrapper (10) having a handle structure (52). The trays each have a retaining keel (94) extending inwardly of the tray for retaining the centre row of containers in an inwardly offset condition with respect to the adjacent rows of containers.
Abstract:
A carton includes an outer shell (102) defining an interior space with upper and lower tiers. A divider (120) is disposed at least in part in the outer shell dividing between the upper and lower tiers. A tear strip (118) defined in the outer shell operatively connecting an upper portion of the outer shell to a lower portion thereof. The upper portion defines a six-sided structure, a bottom side of which includes the divider. The upper portion is configured to be removed from the lower portion by lifting the upper portion after the tear strip is activated.
