The present invention relates to a human monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to VCAM-1, and a therapeutic composition for the treatment of inflammatory disease or cancer comprising the same. The human monoclonal antibody according to the present invention shows a strong affinity to VCAM-1 expressed on human or mouse endothelial cell, effectively inhibits leukocyte adhesion to activated endothelial cells expressing VCAM-1, and shows a low immunogenicity, thereby being used for the treatment of cancer or inflammatory disease such as asthma, rhinitis, arthritis, multiple sclerosis, bowel disease, arteriosclerosis, myocardial infarction and transplant rejection.

Abstract:
A primary object of the present invention is to modify passiveness of a conventional soiling nailing method by using activeness of an earth anchor method. Another object of the present invention is to combine advantages of the conventional soil nailing method and earth anchor method to develop a new technology. In other words, a technology according to the present invention is a new technology having the following features. Firstly, a fixed length of the conventional earth anchor method is not required in a method according to the present invention because the length of a grouting body may act as a reinforcement element only with a length corresponding to a free length of the conventional earth anchor method. Secondly, although the free length of a coated wire is formed in the conventional earth anchor method, grout is injected to a pipe in the method according to the present invention, a reinforced grouting body is formed and resists a shear stress and thereby the pipe does not receive any tensile force due to a prestress.

An improved user premises device enhances the channel change experience. In response to a channel-up or a channel-down command, a currently displayed program is re-sized to fit within a smaller program window. In the display area that is exposed due to the re-sizing of the currently displayed program, additional content such as an advertisement or channel change progress information is displayed. Additional program windows that render snapshots of content from one or more program up and one or more program down may be displayed in windows that are organized in a vertical alignment with the program window of the currently displayed program. The program windows are animated or scrolled in a direction to bring the program window of the user-desired next program in place of the program window of the currently displayed programmed. The program window of the next program is then resized to occupy the entire display.
