The stator (10b) of the electric motor is rotatably mounted on two fixed supports (4a, 4b) joined to the frame of the vehicle, an axle shaft (13b) of a wheel is connected to the stator (10b) and the axle shaft (24a) of the other wheel is connected to the rotor (20a). Said vehicle additionally comprises: a rotation reversing device (7) to reverse the rotation of one (24a or 13b) of the two axle shafts of the wheels with respect to the rotation of the rotor (20a) or stator (10b), respectively, an endothermic motor (M2), an electric generator (G) connected to the battery (B1, B2) and a three way clutch (F) to couple the endothermic motor (M2) to the generator (G) and/or stator (10b) of the electric motor (M1).
