Abstract: The invention provides an improved commercial cleaning apparatus with locating services, including a body including a cleaning end, with a cleaning means. A power source is provided and the apparatus is operable by controls to provide cleaning to surfaces. A locating means is included, associated with the body to provide locating information of the improved commercial cleaning apparatus, so as used the location and nature of the use is recorded through use of the locating means. The invention also provides variants thereon and methods of use.
