    Abstract: A slim window actuator (1) for being mounted in a channel in a window frame (3) to operate the sash (4) of a pivot hung window. Typically, the cross-section of this channel measures about 25 by 25 mm. The window actuator comprises an elongated housing (10), in which a drive spindle is received. The drive spindle (12) is suspended from a first bearing (20) and a second bearing (38) and has an intermediate section (15) situated between the two bearings. At least one of the bearings (20, 38) is configured to provide the drive spindle (12) with an axially positive support reaction directed away from the intermediate section (15). A link mechanism (6, 76, 80) having a first part being (75) arranged displaceable along the drive spindle (12) and driven by the intermediate section (15) and a second part (7) for operating said sash (4). The second part (7) is displaceable in a substantially traverse direction away from or towards the housing (10) by rotation of the drive spindle (12). A drive motor (31) is disposed inside said elongate housing (10) and operably connected to said drive spindle (12).

    Abstract: A push-pull chain actuator (1) comprises a housing with a chain exit/entry opening (4) and a sprocket (2) arranged to engage a push-pull chain (3). The sprocket (2) causes the polygon effect. The actuator comprises a first chain guide part (10a) for guiding said push-pull chain (3) around the sprocket (2) and a second chain guide part (10b) for guiding said push-pull chain (3) at a correct angle between the chain exit/entry opening (4) and the sprocket (2). The second chain guide part (10b) is shaped as a meandering path to counteract the polygon effect. Alternatively, the second chain guide part (10b) can be shaped and dimensioned to reduce chain oscillations caused by the rollers (8c) engaging or disengaging the chain exit/entry opening (4) at the end of the second chain guide part (10b).

    Abstract: A suction head for cleaning of the surface of carcass parts consists of an oblong handle (1) and a nozzle (3) mounted at one end of the handle. An air duct (6) passes through the handle and the nozzle, and it can be connected with a suction device via a coupling (5) in the other end of the handle. Steam ducts (10) are designed in the nozzle (3) to lead hot steam to the surface parts (11) of the nozzle, which are intended to get into contact with the surface of the carcass parts. These steam ducts (10) are connected with a supply duct (7), which is connected with a steam source via a coupling (8) on the suction head. The supply duct (7) for steam passes through the handle (1) from its coupling end to the suction device and to its nozzle end. In the nozzle the duct passes into the steam ducts (10). It is less fatiguing for an operator to use this suction head than a conventional head with disinfection facility.
