Methods and apparatus for conducting fracturing operations using a wellbore fracturing assembly are described. The assembly may be mechanically set and released from a wellbore using a coiled tubing string. The assembly may include a pair of spaced apart packers for straddling the area of interest, an injection port disposed between the packers for injecting fracturing fluid into the area of interest, and an anchor for securing the assembly in the wellbore. At least one of the packers includes a pressure balanced mandrel. After conducting the fracturing operation, the assembly may be relocated to another area of interest to conduct another fracturing operation.

Novel and inventive uses of Silver Sulfadiazine are disclosed, as well as associated preparations and combinations. These include: a method of treating a viral ailment, comprising the step of: applying Silver Sulfadiazine proximate a site upon a person's skin where said viral ailment is manifest; using Silver Sulfadiazine to treat a viral ailment; and distributing Silver Sulfadiazine to treat a viral ailment. Also disclosed is a medically-prescriptive combination for treating a viral ailment, comprising: Silver Sulfadiazine, and instructions to use said Silver Sulfadiazine to treat a viral ailment. Further disclosed is Silver Sulfadiazine, prepared at various strengths of less than 1%, as well as preparing Silver Sulfadiazine at various strengths of less than 1%. These strengths may be suitable for the viral ailments disclosed, although they are not strong enough for bacterial and fungal aliments for which Silver Sulfadiazine is ordinarily used.

A method and apparatus for delivering interactive television (ITV) data (Fig. 1) by using the same TV scan line that also carries closed caption data (12). The ITV data (14) is inserted into the scan line with CC data (12) by detecting a gap associated with a first CC data unit (12). If the gap is large enough to contain all of the group of ITV data units then electronically insert the entire group of ITV data units into the gap. If the gap is not large enough to contain the entire group of ITV data units, insert a subset of the entire group of the ITV data units into the gap and continue to the gaps associated with successive CC data units, inserting subsets of the ITV data into subsequent gaps until the entire ITV message has been inserted into the gaps between CC data units.

A lighting system is provided whereby long operating life can be reasonably ensured by taking into account requirements of the application, characteristics of the LEDs, characteristics of the fixture containing said LEDs, the desired number of operating hours, and - via developed relationships - taking an iterative approach to supplying power to the LEDs. Through the envisioned compensation methodology and effective luminaire design, a relatively constant light level can be assured for a predetermined number of operating hours (possibly longer); this is true even if operating conditions change, known behavior of LEDs proves untrue over untested period of time, or some other condition occurs which would otherwise cause end-of-life prematurely and prevent the system from meeting the desired number of operating hours.
