摘要： Among other things, in general, compositions and methods of treatment for muscular dystrophy and other diseases are disclosed. A method of treatment of a subject is disclosed, in which fatty acid utilization is improved. The method includes administering to the subject in need thereof therapeutically effective amounts of a peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (Ppar) agonist and of choline, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts or prodrugs thereof. Compositions including a Ppar agonist and choline are also provided.
