    Abstract: A pump unit (10) for emulsifying air into an ice cream mixture comprises a first body (14) and a second body (16) provided with respective first and second cylindrical cavities (20, 22), each having longitudinal axes (20a, 22a) placed parallel to the axis of the other cavity.
