摘要: A transtibial prosthetic foot and ankle assembly (10) which is dorsiflexion at an angle of approximately 180° at an ankle of a patient who has undergone a transtibial amputation and thus enable the patient to sit on a kneeling position without having to remove the transtibial prosthetic foot and ankle assembly (10) is provided. The assembly (10) includes a foot component (12), an ankle joint (14) mounted to the component (12) and a prosthetic socket (16) that is symmetric with the assembly (10), a dorsiflexion mechanism (18) and at least one alignment interface (20). The mechanism (18) is connected to the joint (14) which enables the transtibial prosthetic foot and ankle assembly (10) to buckle at an angle of approximately 180° at the patient's ankle.

摘要: The present invention relates to a tool (10) that controls the movement of joints in the lower limb of a human patient. In the present invention, the tool comprises of an external fixation device couplable to the tibial bone of the human patient wherein the device includes at least one substantially U-shaped device (12) that is removably connected to the tibia and to an arm (14). The arm (14) allows a connecting means to be invasively connected to an ankle of the human patient and a foot plate stabilizer (16). A fixator (22) is removably connected either to the calcaneum or cuboid and to the forth and second metatarsal. The foot plate stabilizer (16) is removably attached to the arm (14) whereby the arm is provided with locking mechanism to enable the device (10) and the foot plate stabilizer (16) to be adjusted by the human patient or his doctor to enable the lower limb to have a controlled movement during recovery.

摘要: A method and a system are provided for operating the set of cellular networks (106). The system is configured to receive mobile traffic load data from the set of user equipment's (108) in a geographical area (104). Based on the mobile traffic load data the system is configured to compute the bandwidth threshold level. Further, the bandwidth threshold level is compared with the first threshold value and the second threshold value in order to activate or deactivate one or more network cells In the set of cellular networks (106) such that minimum energy is consumed while maximum radio coverage is provide in the geographical area (104).
