Abstract:
Method for preventing overload in telecommunications networks with IMS by always-on for a call received by a user; - if the GGSN is going to deactivate said user PDP Context for having been inactive, the association [user IP, GGSN IP, SGSN IP] is not eliminated from an AAA server in which this association was previously saved, and furthermore the P-CSCF in which said user is located adds an indicator that said user is registered in IMS but without an active PDP context; and, when an incoming call is received: - the P-CSCF verifies the status of the user PDP Context by means of said indicator, and if it is not active, said PDP context is reactivated for which the P-CSCF informs the GGSN about the IP address which must be assigned to said user, and - if said IP ' address has not been assigned to another user, an attempt is made to reactivate the PDP Context using the address given by the P-CSCF for which - the GGSN uses the Network-Requested PDP context activation procedure, a consultation to the AAA server asing that IP address as the main consultation parameter being necessary; - the AAA server with that IP address as an index responds to the GGSN with the SGSN IP address under which the user is located; - and if said IP address has already been assigned, a restart is carried out after the failure of the call.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method and system for managing information stored on and/or services configured on a mobile terminal from a remote terminal, in which the mobile terminal is configured to be connected to a mobile communication network and comprises a web server with a defined API for each item of information and each service provided by the mobile terminal and in which the remote terminal can access a data network. According to the invention, a HTTP request relating to the management of an item of information stored on or a service configured on the mobile terminal is transmitted from an extension of a web browser of the remote terminal to the mobile terminal, said HTTP request being consistent with the API defined in the web server of the mobile terminal and containing an identifier indicating the item of information or service to be managed. Subsequently, a HTTP response consistent with the API defined in the web server of the mobile terminal is transmitted from the mobile terminal to the extension and an interface included in said extension for the management of the information stored on or the service configured on the mobile terminal is displayed on the remote terminal.
Abstract:
Method for the improvement of the transit of emergency vehicles by use of beacons, wherein the emergency vehicle (1) has a terminal TE (3) which can accede to a wireless access network (4) that administers the transit improvement service. The method also uses positioning beacons (6) located at different points of the road network (8), which communicate by radio with vehicles driving in their vicinity. Informed of the position of the emergency vehicle (1) when same passes close to a beacon (6), the network (4) notifies presence thereof to the rest of vehicles (7) which have a terminal TE (11) and position determining means, and which are located at a predetermined distance from said beacon, whether in the same road (8) as the emergency vehicle (1) or in an adjacent road (9), so that said vehicles (7) clear the way for the emergency vehicle (1).
Abstract:
The method comprises downloading (12) a web page from a web server (2) to a web browser of a client, including in said web page information referring to a function of detection of viewing in the browser screen of the objects inserted in the web page; downloading (14) the objects to be inserted in a web page from a server supplying inserted objects (3) to the web browser of the client; inserting said objects in the web page; associating the detection function with the inserted objects; sending (15), from the web browser and each time that the detection function detects that an object has been correctly viewed, a message with the identifier of the viewed object to a hits measuring server (4); monitoring the views of said objects in the hits measuring server (4).
Abstract:
Method and system for recognizing IP television users. The method comprises: setting up (12) a short range radio link between at least one mobile terminal (1) and a set-top box (2); setting up a connection (13) between the set-top box (2) and at least one server (10) of a television content provider (4), wherein said connection (13) is unicast; authenticating (11) the subscriber corresponding to each of said at least one mobile terminal (1) through a wireless data network (6), obtaining from an identity provider (5) data relating to the subscriber of each mobile terminal (1); providing from said at least one mobile terminal (1) to the set-top box (2) at least one piece of said data relating to the subscriber of each mobile terminal (1); supplying said server (10) with said at least one piece of data relating to the subscriber of each mobile terminal (1) through said connection (13); locating (14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19) the profile of said subscriber from said at least one piece of data relating to said subscriber.
