Abstract: Apparatus for mediating between a cellular telephony network 12 and a wireless LAN, 14.1-14.n, comprises a first adaptor 16.1-16.n for allowing signal exchange with the cellular telephony network 12, a second adaptor 16.1-16.n for allowing signal exchange with the wireless LAN 14.1-14.n; and a presence tracker associated with the adaptors 16.1-16.n for obtaining and storing a current location of a wireless device on any of the networks.
