Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a lithium transition metal phosphate. The disclosed method for manufacturing a lithium transition metal phosphate comprises the steps of: injecting reaction materials containing lithium, a transition metal, and a phosphate into a reactor, and mixing the raw materials at the molecular level in the reactor; and allowing the reaction materials to chemically react in the reactor so as to cause nucleation.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for producing barium titanate powder by an oxalate process, and barium titanate powder produced by the method. The disclosed method for producing barium titanate powder comprises a step of synthesizing barium titanyl oxalate, adding amino acid-based compounds and compounds containing carboxylate group to the synthesized barium titanyl oxalate, and wet-milling and spray drying the mixture. In addition, the barium titanate powder produced by the method has a uniform fine particle distribution and a high crystallinity.
Abstract:
Provided are a toner and a method of preparing the same. The toner includes a binder resin, a coloring agent, and at least one additive, and a storage modulus curve of the toner with respect to temperature has multiple inflection points. The toner may be used in an electrophotographic image forming apparatus.
Abstract:
The present invention concerns a wax-resin compatibiliser, and a wax-resin liquid dispersion and a production method therefor. The wax-resin liquid dispersion is characterised in that it comprises a wax-resin compatibiliser and a second resin. As a result, when the wax-resin liquid dispersion is employed, the wax content can be increased and storage stability can be improved. The present invention also concerns a production method for a wax-resin liquid dispersion.
Abstract:
Provided are a toner containing a resin having wax properties and a method of preparing the toner. The toner includes a binder resin into which at least one residue of the group consisting of a C8-C60 higher fatty acid residue and a C8-C60 higher alcohol residue is introduced by esterification, a colorant, and at least one additive.
Abstract:
Provided are a toner using a resin having an active hydrogen-containing group, and a method of preparing the toner. The toner using a resin having an active hydrogen-containing group includes a binder resin (A), a cross-linked resin having a THF insoluble content of 99 - 100 weight %, a colorant, and at least one additive. The cross-linked resin is arranged in the form of a plurality of islands in each particle of the toner. Accordingly, the toner can prevent hot offset. Also, the toner can be used in an electrophotographic image forming apparatus.
Abstract:
Provided are a method of preparing a toner having a core-shell structure and a toner prepared using the method. The method includes: preparing a mixture by mixing a resin with acid groups, a coloring agent and at least one additive with an organic solvent, and neutralizing the acid groups of the resin with a base; forming a micro-suspension solution by adding the mixture to a dispersion medium; forming a toner core by removing the organic solvent from the micro-suspension; and forming a toner complex having a core-shell structure by seed-polymerizing at least one monomer on the surface of the toner core. Thus, the toner that can prevent hot offsets, improve storage stability at a high temperature and improve charge stability against environment changes can be prepared with reduced costs according to the method. In addition, the toner can be applied to an electrophotographic image forming device.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) protocol, and more particularly to an ATM Adaptation Layer 0 (AAL0) cell format for increasing trunk path efficiency when communicating voice traffic data by using the ATM protocol in a CDMA system. In a conventional CDMA system, the ATM is used to communicate multimedia traffic, including voice traffic data, through a backbone network, and AAL5 cell is most widely used in the ATM since it provides a simple and efficient process for data traffic. However, when processing full-rate voice traffic (i.e., 24 bytes of voice data per 20ms-frame), two AAL5 cells are needed to communicate the full-rate voice data because one AAL5 includes only 16 bytes of data. This may result in few problems (e.g., traffic overload, cell loss and so forth). In order to eliminate the above problems, the present invention employs an AAL0 cell, in which 8 bytes of trailer are sacrificed and assigned to the voice traffic data, to enhance trunk path efficiency.
