    Abstract: An implementation method for multimedia MRBT service is provided, comprising: step S102 that the calling terminal initiates a call to the called terminal having registered the multimedia MRBT service, and triggers the multimedia MRBT service module of the multimedia MRBT Application Server according to the service template information signed by the called terminal in the home user server; step S104 that the multimedia MRBT service module calls the called terminal through the IMS network, and performs query on the multimedia MRBT platform according to the call related information to obtain the multimedia MRBT information to be played for the calling terminal; and step S106 that the calling terminal performs negotiation with the multimedia MRBT platform and performs negotiation with the called terminal, and the multimedia MRBT platform plays the multimedia MRBT information inquired by the multimedia MRBT service module according to the call related information on condition that negotiations are successful. In this way, the problem in the prior art that the MRBT service can not be implemented in the IMS network is solved.
