Abstract: 一种太赫兹探测器及其制造方法,太赫兹探测器包括基底(2);以及至少一个探测单元,每个所述探测单元均包括:沟道材料(1),所述沟道材料(1)设置在所述基底(2)上,两个电极(3, 4),两个所述电极(3, 4)分别与所述沟道材料(1)的纵向方向的两端欧姆接触,和三维石墨烯(5),所述三维石墨烯(5)与所述沟道材料(1)直接或间接地热接触。探测器通过将三维石墨烯(5)作为吸收体,解决了沟道材料(1)对太赫兹波吸收不足的问题,有效地提高了探测器的响应灵敏度。

A fast device for measuring vegetable oil purity using a THz time-domain spectrum includes a spectrum measuring device, which measures a THz time-domain wave before and after the THz pulse time-domain wave transmits through a vegetable oil sample as transmission way or measures directly a THztime-domain wave before and after the THz pulse time-domain wave reflects from the vegetable oil and a data processing device, which extracts physical parameters in the range of THz wave band on the basic of said time-domain wave.

Abstract: A method and a device for measuring terahertz time-domain spectroscopy. The method comprises the steps of sending out a first pulse laser beam from a first femtosecond laser (4) in a scheduled repetitive frequency to generate a terahertz pulse, sending out a second pulse laser beam from a second femtosecond laser (2) in the scheduled repetitive frequency, measuring the electric filed strength of the terahertz pulse at the respective phase differences between the first pulse laser beam and the second pulse laser beam, and achieving the terahertz time-domain spectroscopy through Fourier transformation of the data representing the electric filed strength. The method and the device can maintain high frequency spectral resolution while maintaining high detective bandwidth to make high identifying ability.
