Abstract: A method for producing a laminated composite wherein a polyolefin based resin stretched sheet (203) is laminated on at least one surface of a core material (201) in a sheet form having a density of 30 to 300 kg/m , characterized in that a sheet or film (202) for adhesion comprising a synthetic resin or rubber which has a flow initiation temperature being lower than both of the heat distortion temperature of the core material (201) and the melting point of the stretched sheet (203) is caused to be present between the core material (201) and the stretched sheet (203), the resultant laminate is heated to a temperature being not lower than the flow initiation temperature of the sheet or film and lower than both of the heat distortion temperature of the core material (201) and the melting point of the stretched sheet (203), and simultaneously or thereafter the laminate is pressed to an extent such that the core material (201) is compressed in a strain of 0.01 to 10 %.
