Abstract:
A chucking fixture (1) is proposed for a tool or a workpiece, comprising a chuck (2) and a toolholder or workholder (3) matching the chuck (2), wherein the chuck (2) has posts (7) having bearing surfaces (13) for orienting the tool or workpiece in an X and Y direction and having end faces (6) for establishing a plane perpendicular to the Z direction, wherein devices (5) for measuring the distance between the chuck (2) and the toolholder or workholder (3) are formed in the bearing surfaces (13) and in the end faces (6).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a clamping device, having a first and a second coupling part, for the tool of a machine tool. The first coupling part is eccentric and comprises small rails having angular off-sets in relation to each other and limiting surfaces for exactly positioning the second coupling part (2) in the xy plane. The second coupling part (2) comprises lateral faces (11) having elastic lips (5) which rest against the limiting surfaces. A connecting device is used to exactly position the first and the second coupling part (2) in the z plane. The second coupling part (2) consists of a piece having various strength values, ductility values and/or hardnesses, whereby the areas (8) of the lips (5) have higher strength values, ductility values and/or hardnesses than the other areas (9) of the lips (5) and/or areas of the second coupling part (2).
