Abstract: A container (10) for a pourable product includes a plurality of side walls, a bottom wall, and a top wall forming a compartment for housing the pourable product, and a spout 4 extending from the top wall. The plurality of walls includes a first wall portion (22) having a first height and a second wall portion (20) having a second height greater than the first height. A cap (12) is provided having an anti- choke portion and an attachment portion that defines a cavity that receives the spout. When the spout is received in the cavity, in a first orientation, a portion of the anti-choke portion overhangs the first wall at a height that is at least the second height.
