Dans un appareil fonctionnant a volonte au gaz ou a l'electricite (eventuellement sous basse et haute tension) et equipe d'une vanne de controle (1) a poussoir d'allumage (7) comportant une position de repos (celle figuree pour son bouton de commande (8) fixe angulairement), ainsi que d'un commutateur (2) associe aux circuits electriques de chauffage, il est prevu entre (1) et (2) un mecanisme de securite empechant qu'on ne puisse faire fonctionner simultanement le gaz et l'electricite. Ce mecanisme comprend un tambour (17) cale sur l'arbre (14) de (2) et un doigt (16) qui, des qu'on repousse (8) a partir de sa position de fermeture de (1), s'engage dans une rainure (17a) de (17) ce qui bloque (2) a l'ouverture tandis que si (2) est en position fermee, (8) est bloque a la fermeture de (1).
Abstract:
A cooking appliance comprising a catalytic burner (1) consisting of at least one device (2) for preparing a combustion mixture (7), at least one mixture distribution chamber (8), and a catalytic combustion assembly (9) through which the mixture passes; a thermal receptor (10) spaced from the catalytic combustion assembly (9), extending over virtually all of the surface thereof, and arranged and designed to dissipate outwardly at least part of the heat energy radiated and/or convected from said catalytic burner (1); and a control device (11) for controlling the aeration rate of the combustion mixture (7) depending on the flow rate of the fuel gas (3), which flow rate is manually and separately controlled by means of a valve (4). Said control device controls the forced combustion air flow (5) provided by a fan (6) in such a way that, during normal operation, it increases when the fuel gas flow rate increases, and conversely decreases when the fuel gas flow rate decreases.
