The sheath may have a proximal end, a distal end, a first channel extending within the sheath from the proximal end to the distal end, and a second channel extending within the sheath from the proximal end to the distal end. A collective cross-sectional area of the first channel and the second channel may be more than 50% of a total cross sectional area of the sheath.
