Abstract:
A polyhedric modular connector (100) is described, for housing multiform profiles (108), rods (111,117) and structural brackets (30) for the creation of any type of cage of aseismic reinforcement, even of complex shape for modular building construction comprising at least: first means (102) for connection immovably to said brackets (30); second means (104) for eventual operative coupling to another connector (100); third means (106) for housing at least one multiform profile (108); fourth means (110) for housing at least a first bar (111) whose longitudinal axis is transverse to the longitudinal axis of said polyhedric modular connector (100); and fifth means (116) for housing at least a second bar (117) whose longitudinal axis is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of said polyhedric modular connector (100).
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a building construction (1) operating as a formwork for making transpirable walls and floors, and being characterized in that said building construction comprises a plurality of foamed plastics material transpirable panels (2,2'), therebetween are arranged perforated coupling elements ( 3 ) operating as spacer elements and adapted to join the panels with one another, while allowing air to pass therethrough, said panels including a plurality of cross notches (8) for engaging therein end portions of spacer elements coupling the panels (2 and 2' ).
Abstract:
A variable-geometry modular structure is described, made of a metallic or plastic alloy, particularly for buildings, comprising at least one modular element, also with variable-geometry, with an honey-comb structure, subjected to be joined to different modular components to obtain different embodiments; the modular element is made of plastic material and has a series of passages in which vacuum is created when manufacturing, through molding or extrusion, the modular element itself; the above modular element is a structural element and has at the same time insulating characteristics. The external surfaces of the modular element have a series of recesses and ribs, shaped as a dovetail, that allow mutually joining two or more elements; such modular elements can further be butt- joined by using male and female posts arranged next to the passages. The modular element is joined to a panel which has a substantially smooth external surface adapted to be assembled at view or a corrugated external surface, which is used for applying plaster or other finishing elements, such as any type photovoltaic panels or tiles.
Abstract:
A pantograph machine (1) is described, equipped with cutting blades -hot punches pre-shaped, and drills, for machining panels, in particular slabs and panels ICF, with foamed materials or extruded in general, comprising at least a first station (1) consisting of at- least a castle (1'), supported by a base (2) which houses a supporting surface (3), the castle (1') comprising: at least one frame (5) carrying punches-cutting blades (6) connected operatively to a frame-carrier carriage (9) sliding on guides, and moved by means of a transmission; at least two slides (23) for milling, performed by a tool (24) mounted on an electro-spindle (25), place on a carriage (14); at least- one frame (15) carrying wires (16) provided with wires (16) fixed or movable, operatively connected to a frame-carrier carriage (19) sliding on guides (10) and moved by means a transmission, said wires (16) being adapted to move in interpolation according to the vertical and horizontal directions so as to perform an inclined cut without limitation of gradation and/or according to a specific curvilinear profile for the production of any type of artifact without limitations.
