The invention relates to a roller shutter box comprising an upper profile 10 and a lower profile 20, detachably connected to the upper profile by means of an extremal coupling portion 21 which engages a housing seat 11 made at an extremal portion 10' of the upper profile, the latter portion having a substantially Z-shaped cross- section. The housing seat 11 is delimited in particular by an angled end portion 15 which defines with the main body 12 of the upper profile the access opening 16 to the seat. The coupling portion comprises a tongue 23 which engages the housing seat in catching relation. The angled end portion defines a flat surface 18 facing the seat and forms an acute angle a in relation to the perpendicular to a plane tl which is tangent to the main body 12. The coupling portion has two humps 24, 25 of opposed concavity and sized so that one hump touches the angled end portion, while the other touches the main body.

For forming support structures for false ceilings, an inverted T main runner consisting of a central web (4) extending from an upper tube 6 and terminating in two horizontal flanges (8), characterised in that each end of the web comprises two parallel longitudinal cuts (10) defining an elastically deformable band (12) terminating in a depressed seat (16) projecting from the web surface, said seat being provided with a tooth (20) facing the web, and further characterised by comprising a substantially rectangular tab (22) for engagement in the depressed seat (16) of the adjacent main runner, said tab (22) comprising a cut (26) engagable by the tooth of the adjacent main runner when said tab (22) is inserted into said depressed seat (16).

The invention relates to a slat (1) for Venetian blinds comprising a profiled element which extends in a main direction of longitudinal extension X with two opposite longitudinal edges (2,3) and which defines the body of the slat, said slat (1) comprises along each longitudinal edge a plurality of through holes (10) made on the profiled element, each hole opens onto the outside of the slat (1) by means of a slit (11) which extends from the hole as far as the nearest longitudinal edge, wherein each hole acts as a housing seat for a support half-ladder (40) of the slat (1), wherein each slit (11) defines on the profiled element at least one portion (20) movable between a raised position, in which it is raised in relation to the profiled element so as to distance the lips of the slit from each other and permit the insertion of the half-ladder in the respective hole, and a lowered position, in which it is lowered onto the profiled element so as to close the slit and retain the half-ladder inside the hole.

The invention relates to a Venetian blind comprising: a plurality of slats (10), each of which comprises a profiled element which extends in a direction of longitudinal extension X with two opposite longitudinal edges (11,12) and defines the slat body; a plurality of support half-ladders (20) which connect said overlapping slats to each other. Each slat comprises a plurality of coupling portions (16, 26), which are positioned next to or at each longitudinal edge and attach the half-ladders to the profiled element. Each coupling portion consists of a tongue which is cut into the profiled element and is moveable between a raised position and a lowered position. The blind comprises a plurality of stabiliser elements (30), each of which blocks one of the tongues in the lowered position.

The application relates to a support half-ladder for Venetian blinds, comprising a plurality of eyelets 10 and a plurality of segments 20 which connect the eyelets 10 to each other. The eyelets and the connection segments 20 are composed of the same threadlike element 2, which extends continuously without interruption. Each eyelet 10 is defined by a loop 3 of the threadlike element in relation to a main longitudinal extension axis X of the half-ladder. The half- ladder comprises a stabilisation clip 30 for each eyelet inside which two portions 4 and 5 of the threadlike element 2 are retained close to each other, of which a first portion 4 is upstream of the loop and second 5 is downstream of the loop.

The application relates to a slat for Venetian blinds comprising a profiled element which extends in a main direction of longitudinal extension (X) with two opposite longitudinal edges (2, 3) and which defines the slat body. The slat comprises a plurality of through apertures (10) distributed in two rows (11 and 12). Each row is positioned next to an edge. A tongue (21) extends from the edge of each aperture which has a main extension axis Y and an outline such that it may be positioned inside the aperture in a coplanar manner to the profiled element to attach an eyelet.

A method for producing expanded metal profiles, consisting of subjecting a metal strip of width less than the development of the profile to be produced to the following operations: forming longitudinal slits in at least that longitudinal band which is to form the central web of the profile, bending the edges of the slits, profiling said strip, transversely stretching that band containing the slits, pressing areas of said central web in correspondence with said stretched band to displace them external to the plane of said web, characterised by previously forming holes in correspondence at least with the ends of the lines along which slits are to be formed.

The invention concerns a unit for stacking slats on a support ladder with double crossbeams for the production of Venetian blinds. The unit comprises: - at least one guide element (2) for a slat (L), which defines an insertion plane (m) on which the slat slides supported along a longitudinal insertion axis X; - a device (20) for guiding a ladder along a positioning direction p incident to the insertion plane; and - means (40) for divaricating at least a pair of crossbeams (Tl, T2); - means (30) for moving the ladder in the guiding device; and - means (51, 52) for positioning a pair of crossbeams exactly in correspondence to the insertion plane (m). The positioning means comprise at least one positioning element (51, 52) having a coupling head (53) by means of which said element can engage a pair of crossbeams. The head (53) comprises a housing seat (54) for a pair of crossbeams and at least one lead-in portion (55, 56) converging towards the seat (54). The positioning element can be moved between a disengagement position and an engagement position. The seat (54) is coplanar to the reference plane (m) at least in the engagement position.
