Abstract: A computerized system and method for management of patients and critical information is disclosed. Such a method includes receiving a medical request at a processor from a patient, identifying the patient and an available health care provider from a database with a processor, sending a push notification to a first mobile device, wherein the first mobile device is operated by the available health care provider and the push notification includes a reference to the medical request, and transmitting the medical request and a clinical information of the patient to the first mobile device upon receipt of the reference at the processor.
