    Abstract: The dispensing device (1) comprises a housing (10) having a chamber (11) for accommodating the compressible container, the chamber (11) having a vertically- extending peripheral wall (12) and an opening(13) at the top side for placing the container into the chamber (11) from above. Furthermore, the device (1) comprises a counter-supporting member (15) and a displaceable pressure-exerting element (18). The pressure-exerting element can be driven by drive means (20), such that the substance is dispensed from the container through compression of the container between the counter- supporting member (15) and the pressure-exerting element (18). The pressure-exerting element (18) comprises a piston body (181) having lips (182) hingedly arranged along the periphery of the piston body. The end of each of the lips extends beyond the edge of the piston body and abuts the peripheral wall (12) of the chamber (11).

    Abstract: The invention relates to dispensing of a cabonised fluid. In particular the invention relates to a fluid cooling system comprising a cooling tank (2) filled with a heat transfer medium and comprising an evaporator conduit (8) positioned within the cooling tank (2) for withdrawing heat from the heat transfer medium. The coolings system has a primary cooling conduit (12) arranged in the cooling tank (2). A carbonator vessel (11) is provided for carbonating fluid, the carbonator vessel (11) is connected to the primary cooling conduit (12) and has an outlet for carbonated fluid. The cooling system comprises a secondary cooling conduit (13) which is connected to the outlet of the carbonator vessel (11) and is adapted to cool the carbonated water flowing out from the carbonator vessel (11). The secondary cooling conduit is connected to dispensing means of carbonated water. This additional cooling ensures a better retaining of CO 2 in the carbonised fluid.
