In order to avoid that the liquids have to be mixed in a separate vessel, the invention provides that the mixing bottle (1) comprises two storage compartments (2, 3) and a mixing compartment (11), wherein the storage compartments (2, 3) are each connected to the mixing compartment (11).

A controlled release container including a base. The base has a flexible diaphragm movable between a relaxed position and a depressed position. In the depressed position the flexible diaphragm reduces an interior volume of the container to dispense a dosage amount of material stored within the container. The dosage amount directly corresponds to an internal volume of the container displaced by moving the flexible diaphragm to the depressed position.

A container containing a substance, comprises a preformed deformable body defining a filling cavity. The container body has an opening and an integral planar circumferential rim surrounding said opening, which opening is closed by a cover sheet which is sealed to the circumferential rim by means of a circumferential sealing seam. The circumferential rim has a dispensing part which is covered by the cover sheet. The cover sheet is sealed to an upper surface of the dispensing part by at least one rupturable sealing seam and outlet seams defining an outlet passage from the rupturable sealing seam towards the edge of the dispensing part of the circumferential rim, such that, when the rupturable sealing seam is broken, the substance is allowed to flow through the outlet passage between the surface of the dispensing part and the cover sheet towards the edge of the dispensing part.

The invention relates to a container (1) for containing a substance. The container comprises a preformed deformable body defining a filling cavity. The body has an opening (6) and an integral planar circumferential rim (5) surrounding said opening. The opening is closed by a cover sheet (7) which is sealed to the circumferential rim by means of a circumferential sealing seam (10). The circumferential rim has a flat dispensing part which is covered by the cover sheet, which cover sheet is sealed to the dispensing part by at least two outwardly directed sealing seams (11) joining the circumferential sealing seam and extending at a distance from one another from the circumferential sealing seam to the edge of the dispensing part. A weakened seal (14) with a pointed region (15) extends between the outwardly directed sealing seams. The pointed region is directed towards the cavity and the weakened sealing seam joins the respective outwardly directed sealing seams at a distance from the location (12) where the respective outwardly directed seals join the circumferential seal.

A dispenser for dispensing a substance, such as a pharmaceutical, ophthalmic, dermatological, cosmeceutical, cosmetic or other product, has a body defining a variablevolume storage chamber for storing the product. A dispensing portion of the dispenser is connected with the body and defines a bore coupled in fluid communication with the storage chamber for receiving substance therefrom, and an outlet aperture coupled in fluid communication with the bore. A one-way valve of the dispenser includes an axiallyextending valve seat and an axially-extending flexible valve cover seated on the valve seat and defining a normally-closed, axially-extending seam therebetween forming a fluid-tight seal between the valve cover and valve seat. The flexible valve cover is movable relative to the valve seat and the seam is connectable in fluid communication with the outlet aperture to allow the passage of substance through the seam and out of the dispenser. The dispenser further comprises an actuator and piston assembly including a piston receivable within the bore, a manually-engageable actuator connected to the piston for moving the piston between first and second positions relative to the bore to dispense substance within the bore through the outlet aperture, and an integral, dome-shaped spring coupled to at least one of the piston and the actuator for biasing the piston in a direction from one of the first and second positions toward the other.
