Abstract:
A burglary resistant room partitioning structure comprising a framework (1) of profile rails and panel-shaped building components (2), which are attached on each side of the framework, said framework comprising an elongated first profile rail (3), an elongated second profile rail (4), which is disposed substantially in parallel with the first profile rail, and a plurality of elongated third profile rails (5a-5e), which extend between and are disposed substantially orthogonally to the first and the second profile rail at a predetermined spacing, said third profile rails being disposed in the first and the second profile rail and supporting the panel-shaped building components. The room partitioning structure further comprises a mesh panel (13a-13d), which is disposed between two adjoining third profile rails, which secure the mesh panel between them and fix the mesh panel in its position in the room partitioning structure. The invention also pertains to a method of forming such a burglary resistant room partitioning structure.
Abstract:
A fastening system for attaching a board-shaped structural element (5) to a profile rail (3) by means of nailed joint comprising a first flange portion (8) for interaction with the structural element (5), a second flange portion (9), and a web portion (10), wherein the first flange portion exhibits a first, external surface (25) for interaction with the structural element, and a second, internal surface (26) facing toward the second flange portion. The fastening system also comprises a fastening means (21 ), which comprises a fastener (22), and is adapted to be mounted in the profile rail, wherein said fastener abuts against the internal surface and forms an attachment point for a nail (27) which passes through the structural element, the first flange portion and holds in the fastener to form the nailed joint.
Abstract:
Method for joining of a first building board (11) and second building board (14) by means of a board fixture (1). The method comprises mutually rotating the board fixture and the building boards such that the building boards are locked in the board fixture. The invention also relates to a board fixture for performing the method.
Abstract:
Building stud (10) for forming a framework for mounting wall panels, comprising a first (12) and a second (14) flange portion and a web portion (16) interconnecting the flange portions. The flange portions comprise a planar, elongated wood fibre member (18, 20), and the web portion comprises a sheet metal member (22) including a first (24) and a second (26) rectilinear line of weakness, which lines of weakness are parallel and along which the sheet metal member is foldable to enable folding the building stud from a retracted storage position to an expanded mounting position.
Abstract:
A board fixture (1) for flush joining of a first building board and a second building board, said board fixture having a first, front flange portion (2), a second, rear flange portion (3), and a web portion (4) connecting the flange portions, wherein the flange portions and the web portion, on the one hand, form a first open space (5) for receiving an edge portion of the first building board and, on the other hand, a second open space (6) for receiving an edge portion of the second building board. According to the invention, the web portion exhibits a plurality of through openings (7) for allowing an adhesion agent to spread between the first open space and the second open space for the formation of an adhesion joint between the longitudinal edges of the building boards. The invention also relates to a method for joining two building boards by means of such a board fixture.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method to safely mount a building board on a bedding,so that the front surface of the boarding does not get penetrated during the time glue applied between the board and the bedding is curing or getting stiff. The invention is characterized in friction increasing means applied at the bedding in connection to its lower part, that glue is applied to the bedding, preferably in the shape of a string, that the board is fit up against the bedding and adjusted, and then a force is applied on the lower part of the boarding at the position of rearward arranged friction increasing means such that this or these means are activated and penetrate the rear surface of the board and assist in holding the whole weight of the board.
