Abstract:
The invention relates to a compressed-air supply device (10) for a utility vehicle. A valve device (16) of the compressed-air supply device (10), when in a first, energized switching state, deaerates the control inlet (48) of a compressor (22) coupled to the energy-saving control outlet (28) and blocks a supply path to the second valve device (18, 18'), and when in a second, de-energized switching state, aerates the control inlet (48) of the compressor coupled to the energy-saving control outlet and opens up the supply path to the second valve, wherein the compressor can be switched into an energy-saving state by aeration of the control inlet. .
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for operating a parking brake module (12) that is at least partially integrated into a compressed air generation system (10) in the event of defects, having a control unit (14), solenoid valves (16, 18, 20), and a relay valve (22) for aerating and deaerating at least one spring-loaded brake cylinder. According to the invention, a pressure in the parking brake module (12) which is elevated compared to a normal pressure is determined, a constant compressed air delivery is stopped, a reduced switch-off pressure of the compressed air generation system (10) is set, and the pressure level in the parking brake module (12) is lowered to the reduced switch-off pressure through repeated activation of the relay valve (22). The invention further relates to a parking brake module (12).
