    Abstract: Present application discloses a noninvasive blood flow decreasing system that decreases internal organ blood flow of a patient to alleviate low segmental sympathetic stimulation and high blood flow of specific internal organs related medical conditions, such as hypotension, hypoglycemia and heart attack. Said blood flow decreasing system comprises, at least one sensor for determining at least one blood related medical condition; at least two electrodes that are placed to skin dermatomal of said patient; at least one stimulator that sends electrical signals with a specific range of frequency to said electrodes and at least one control unit, which controls said stimulator according to the medical condition that is determined by said sensor.
