Abstract: A method and optical detection equipment (100) for monitoring a container transfer device on lowering a container (210) onto or lifting away from a transport platform. The container (210), its pin holes' (810) position and the position of the lock pins (222) of the transport platform (220) are determined by the optical detection equipment (100), which comprises a group of optical detection devices (130) measuring obliquely from up the container (130) and the transport platform (220) during lowering or lifting of the container (210) such that positions of the container (210) and the lock pins (222) are determined based on the measurement of the same optical detection devices (130).

Abstract: A crane (100) anti-collision system (110), containing: a scanning apparatus (112) installed in the crane, containing a laser scanner (113) arranged to measure the optical distance to targets (130) from the crane (100) in the first direction of travel: and a detection apparatus (115) arranged to automatically detect targets (130) by the scanning apparatus (112). The detection apparatus (115) is arranged for: defining by the scanning apparatus (112) a three-dimensional reference zone (510) of a goods handling area (120) that is composed of the surface (530) of the goods handling area and of a vertical tolerance; and detecting a target (130) in the goods handling area (120) on the basis that a height defined by the scanning apparatus (112) differs from said reference zone (510). Further described is a control system, an anti-collision method, an anti-collision program, and a manufacturing method for an anti-collision system.
