Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for detecting microRNA from a tissue sample. In particular, described herein are multiplexed methods and apparatuses for implementing them for rapid and parallel detection of a profile of different microRNAs in a patient sample using a modified loop-mediated isothermal amplification ("LAMP") technique.
