摘要: A method for batch fabricating solid metal nanocone tips with well-defined dielectric base material uses a mask layer on a substrate to form at least one inverted pyramid pit below each hole of the mask layer. Metal is then deposited through each hole of the mask layer to form a metal nanocone at a bottom tip of each inverted pyramid pit. A polymer pedestal is then formed that is at least partly within each inverted pyramid pit and attached to the metal nanocone at the bottom tip of that inverted pyramid pit.
