Apparatus for monitoring a selected tier in a multi tier computing environment, the apparatus including a context agent and a dynamic tier extension, the context agent associated with the selected tier and coupled with other context agents, each of which is associated with a respective tier, the dynamic tier extension coupled with the context agent and with specific predetermined points of the selected tier, the dynamic tier extension monitoring request traffic passing through the selected tier, the monitored request traffic including at least one entering request received at a request entry port from an adjacent tier, the dynamic tier extension identifying each request in the monitored request traffic and sending at least a request identifier to the context agent, the context agent also receiving information relating to the request context of the entering request from the context agent associated with the adjacent tier, the context agent associating the information relating to the request context of the entering request with the entering request, in accordance with the received request identifier.

A direct-retinal-display system for providing a user with image data generated by a media generation device. The direct-retinal-display system includes a direct-retinal-eyewear device, having one or two lenses each coupled to operate respective a eye of the user, and a frame for positioning the lenses at a preconfigured distance from the user's eyes. The direct-retinal-display system includes a remote-projecting apparatus, including one or two image projectors coupled to respectively operate with the lenses, wherein each of the image projectors is facilitated to project a light beam, carrying the image data, onto at least a portion of a respective lens of the direct-retinal-eyewear device. The lenses are preconfigured to focus the image data onto the retina of the user's eyes, respectively. The direct-retinal-eyewear device and the remote-projecting apparatus are physically separated.

Devices and methods for substantially reducing the caloric efficiency of the digestive tract by capturing food being digested in the stomach and/or anywhere else in the gastrointestinal (GI) tract, absorbing or encapsulating the captured food into multiple capturing members and moving such multiple capturing members containing the ingestible encapsulated food down the GI tract, practically out of reach of the GI absorption organs, thus excluding the entrapped ingredients from being involved in the digestion and∴or absorption process. The device is designed for oral delivery. The system can be comprised of liquid, food bars or a capsule system. The capsule system is comprised of an external capsule that dissolves in accordance with a temporal or ph dependent preset, which allows the food intake to be at least partially fluidic. The capsule system is further comprised of a mechanism designed to capture and isolate a portion of the food being digested.
