Abstract: A portable, hand-held device for dispensing both fluid hand sanitizer and dry wipes is described. In various embodiments, the portable hand sanitizer device has a lower assembly comprising a means for storing and dispensing dry wipes and a means for blocking actuation and dispensing of a fluid sanitizer, and the upper assembly comprises a means for dispensing fluid sanitizer and a means for engaging or not engaging the actuation block.
