    Abstract: A wideband splitter includes an input port configured to receive an input signal; two or more output ports configured to output the input signal.     Abstract: A MoCA splitter device may include an input port, a first output port and a second output port, a first transmission line configured to connect the input port to the first output port, a second transmission line configured to connect the input port to the first output port, a first isolation element configured to connect the first transmission line to the second transmission line, a second isolation element configured to connecting the first transmission line to the second transmission line. The first isolation element and the second isolation element are configured to provide an isolation level between the first output port and the second output port that is less than a predetermined isolation level of about less than 16 dB in a MoCA frequency band.

The signal balancing device is configured to connect to an outer conductor of a coaxial radiofrequency (RF) port of the modem and to the neutral wire or a ground wire. The signal balancing device is configured to balance RF signals transmitted through the coaxial RF port.

    Abstract: A cable television (CATV) entry adapter includes an input port configured to connect to a CATV network, a first output port, a second output port, a first splitter connected to the first output port, and a second splitter connected to the second output port. The first splitter and the second splitter are configured to connect to subscriber devices at a subscriber premises. The entry adapter is configured to transmit signals in a multimedia over coax alliance (MoCA) bandwidth but not signals in a CATV bandwidth to the subscriber devices that are configured to be connected to the first splitter. The entry adapter is configured to transmit the signals in the MoCA bandwidth and the signals in the CATV bandwidth to the subscriber devices that are configured to be connected to the second splitter.

    Abstract: A coaxial radio frequency (RF) isolator is disclosed. The isolator can include an input connector, an output connector, and a conductive body. The isolator can also include an outer shield surrounding a portion of the body. The isolator can further include a coupler within the outer shield and forming a cavity between an inner surface of the body and the coupling member. The coupler can be configured to electrically couple with the outer shield. Additionally, the isolator can include a coaxial circuit surrounding a portion of the coupler within the cavity. Further, the isolator can include a toroid surrounding a portion of the coupler and positioned within the cavity. Moreover, the isolator can include a signal conditioning circuit electrically configured to condition signals communicated between the input connector and the output connector.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides methods and systems for mitigating signal noise. In implementations, the systems and methods perform operations including continuously determining an instantaneous power of a signal path. The operations also include determining a dynamic noise threshold by sampling the instantaneous power at different times and selecting a minimum of the instantaneous power sampled during the different times. The operations further include determining that the instantaneous power is less than the dynamic noise threshold. Additionally, the operations include blocking communication from the signal path.
