Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communications. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a network, an indication of a multi-subscriber identity module (SIM) capability of the UE, wherein the UE includes a first SIM and a second SIM; determine that the UE has communications for the first SIM and is in a connected state with the second SIM; and transmit, to the network, a request for a connection release in relation to the second SIM based at least in part on the determination that the UE has the communications for the first SIM and is in the connected state with the second SIM. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide a technique for wireless communications by a user equipment (UE). The UE monitors a concurrent operation on multiple operating bands within a same subscriber identity module (SIM) or between multiple SIMs that involves sharing at least one radio frequency (RF) component. The UE enables or disables the at least one RF component based on the monitoring.

Abstract: Embodiments include methods for managing network communications that may be performed by a processor of a wireless device configured to communicate with a communication network using a first subscription and a second subscription. The processor may provide to the second subscription timing information used by the wireless device to communicate via the first subscription. The processor may determine second timing information for the second subscription based on the timing information of the first subscription. The wireless device may communicate via the second subscription with the communication network using the determined second timing information.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive one or more downlink grants while operating in accordance with a first receive state during a threshold number of transmission time intervals (TTIs). The UE may determine a weighting factor for each TTI within the threshold number of TTIs, where the determined weighting factors are based on a spectral efficiency (SPEF) of channel communications between the UE and a base station. The UE may sum a subset of the weighting factors to determine a transition determination value, and may transition from the first receive state to a second receive state based on evaluation of the transition determination value.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) may monitor a channel for wireless communication associated with a first radio access technology (RAT) during one or more of a first active duration or a first inactive duration. The UE may operate in a first power mode during the first inactive duration. The UE may monitor the channel for wireless communication associated with a second RAT during one or more of a second active duration or a second inactive duration. The UE may operate during the second inactive duration in one or more of the first power mode or a second power. The UE may operate according to the first mode or the second mode based on the monitoring of the channel associated with the first RAT and the second RAT.

The wireless communication device also includes memory in electronic communication with the processor. The wireless communication device further includes instructions stored in the memory. The instructions are executable to determine, for a first measurement gap, whether a measured gain state matches an appointed gain state. The instructions are also executable to determine, for the first measurement gap, whether a new cell is detected. The instructions are further executable to determine whether to skip a subsequent measurement gap based on whether the measured gain state matches the appointed gain state and whether a new cell is detected.

Abstract: Enhanced inter-RAT communication operations are disclosed. In one aspect, a device may identify one or more trigger events for monitoring control signals of another network for inter-RAT procedures, such as monitoring for one or more synchronization signal blocks (SSBs). In another aspect, the device may perform a comparison of multiple SSBs. In another aspect, the device may identify one or more release conditions for releasing local settings data associated with a customized measurement gap. In another aspect, the device may send the local settings data to a server. In another aspect, the device may send an extended signaling message indicating a timing offset between network devices.
