    Abstract: Methods, apparatuses, and computer-readable medium are provided for enabling DCI based power control for PUCCH. An example method includes receiving, from a network entity, a DCI comprising a group TPC message, the DCI indicating multiple TPCs including one or more TPCs associated with one or more secondary cells and a primary cell for the UE and one or more other UEs. The example method further includes identifying a TPC to be applied to a target secondary cell or a target primary cell from the one or more TPCs. The example method further includes transmitting, to the base station, a PUCCH on the target secondary cell or the target primary cell based on the identified TPC from the one or more TPCs.

    Abstract: An apparatus and system for aperiodic sounding reference signals (SRS) transmission are described. Downlink control information (DCI) format 2_3 indicates a Transmission Configuration Indicator (TCI) state for beam indication for transmission of an SRS triggered by the DCI. An explicit field is added to the DCI to indicate the TCI state or the TCI state of the scheduling carrier used to transmit the DCI is used for the SRS. The TCI state indicates a joint uplink/downlink TCI state or a separate uplink or downlink TCI state. The DCI indicates an available slot to use for the SRS explicitly in a DCI field or implicitly based on the component carrier used for transmission of the SRS, the slotOffset parameter, or the first available slot.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to a 5G or 6G communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate. Apparatuses and methods for power determination for physical uplink control channel transmission with acknowledgement information. A method for operating a user equipment (UE) includes determining a sum of: a first number of received transport blocks (TBs) associated with a first set of radio network temporary identifiers (RNTIs), a second number of received TBs associated with a second set of RNTIs, and a third number of non-received TBs associated with the second set of RNTIs. The method further includes determining a power for a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) transmission based on the sum and transmitting the PUCCH using the power. The PUCCH includes first hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) information bits associated with the first set of RNTIs and second HARQ-ACK information bits associated with the second set of RNTIs.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for enabling power control of multiple Transmission Reception Points (TRPs) are provided. In some embodiments, the wireless device performs at least one of: receiving in a Downlink Control Information (DCI) a first Transmit Power Control (TPC) command and a second TPC command and an indication of a first transmission of the physical channel to a first TRP associated with a first closed-loop and a second transmission of the physical channel to a second TRP associated with a second closed-loop; determining a first and a second transmit power based on the first and the second TPC commands, respectively; and applying the first and the second transmit power to the first UL transmission and the second UL transmission, respectively. In this way, some embodiments herein enable more accurate per TRP power control with a simple signaling for multiple UL transmissions towards different TRPs scheduled by a single DCI.
