Abstract: A percutaneous fluid access apparatus includes a percutaneous fluid access device. The percutaneous fluid access device has a base portion including a subcutaneous portion and at least one port for connection to one or more fluid conduits within a body of a patient. A housing has at least one fluid channel and at least one seal for sealing the at least one fluid channel, and the housing is removably attachable to the base portion. The at least one fluid channel is in fluid communication with the at least one port when the housing is attached to the base portion.
