Abstract: Stationary RRE apparatus (10, 11, 240) comprises a supporting tripod structure (14), a pulley supported leg, an arm supporting rope lines (26, 28) coupled to leg, arm drive belts (32, 34) that are, in turn, coupled to leg, and arm drive sprockets (40, 42). The drive sprockets are operatively coupled to either an energy dissipative hydraulic assembly (100, 170) or an energy dissipative electric assembly (242) utilized for providing selected dissipative loading for motions thereof.
