The present invention relates to a closing element for a container, wherein the container comprises an end surface provided with a drinking or pouring opening, the closing element comprising : a first element part which is adapted to be fixedly mounted on the end surface along said drinking or pouring opening and which has an opening substantially corresponding to the drinking or pouring opening in the end surface; a second element part arranged with a first hinge on the first element part, wherein the second element part is provided with a flexible closing part, wherein the second element part is pivotable between a closed position, which substantially closes the opening in the first element part with the closing part, and an opened position which leaves the opening in the first element part substantially open; a third element part arranged with a second hinge on the second element part, wherein the third element part is embodied to be grasped.

The invention relates to a closing unit (3) for closing a throughflow opening provided in a wall (2) of a container (1), comprising: an inner closing element configured to be mounted on the edge of the wall all around the throughflow opening provided therein, wherein the inner closing element is further configured to connect in mounted position against at least the inner side of the wall and is provided with a passage for the content of the container; an outer closing element configured to be coupled releasably to the inner closing element for the purpose of closing the passage provided therein; wherein both the inner closing element and the outer element comprise a screw thread coupling for screwing the outer closing element onto the lower closing element; wherein the outer closing element comprises a peripheral press-on edge which is embodied to clamp the outer closing element against the outer side of the wall of the container when screwing.

The invention relates to a closing unit for a throughflow opening of a container or conduit, the closing unit comprising: - a first closing element (4) configured to be mounted or integrally formed on the container or conduit, wherein the first closing element comprises a receiving part provided with a passage and to be arranged in or round the throughflow opening; - a second closing element (6) comprising a closing part configured to be received by the receiving part and to be coupled releasably thereto for the purpose of closing or leaving clear the throughflow opening; wherein the releasable coupling between the receiving part and closing part comprises a conical threaded coupling.

The invention relates to a closing element (1) for temporarily closing off an opening of a can, wherein the can comprises a press-in tab (29), the closing element comprising: - a covering element (11) which is formed to be able to completely cover the drinking or pouring opening (31); - a flexible closing part (20) which is provided on the covering element for clamping the covering element to the circumferential edge (40) of the drinking or pouring opening in the operative position; - at least one positioning element (14, 15) which protrudes from a tip of the covering element and is embodied to rest in the operative position below the aforementioned circumferential edge for positioning the covering element with respect to the drinking or pouring opening; - a notch (90) which is provided in the upper side of the covering element and in which the press-in tip (35) of the press-in tab can be placed for positioning the covering element with respect to the drinking or pouring opening in the operative position.
