Abstract: Three-dimensional printing pens (10) and related systems and methods are provided. A three-dimensional printing pen (10) may include a plurality of cartridges (12, 412), each cartridge (12, 412) having a hollow cartridge body (19A, 19B, 19C, 19D, 19) sized and shaped to include a colored thixotropic paste (18), a color of each thixotropic paste being different from a color of another thixotropic paste, and a plurality of nozzles, each nozzle (20) fluidly communicatively coupled to a corresponding cartridge (12, 412). The three-dimensional printing may further include a motor unit (28, 428) operably coupled to the plurality of cartridges (12, 412), the motor unit (28, 428) operable to expel the colored thixotropic paste (18) from each cartridge (12, 412) through the corresponding nozzle (20), a mixing tip (41, 441) fluidly communicatively coupled to the plurality of nozzles, the mixing tip (41, 441) sized and shaped to dispense therethrough one or more of the colored thixotropic pastes (18) in a form of an output thixotropic paste (9), and a projection module (468, 68). The projection module (468, 68) may include a light engine assembly (69) that emits light having a wavelength, the light being projected to the output thixotropic paste (9) to cure the output thixotropic paste (9) that is dispensed from the mixing tip (41, 441).
