Abstract:
Provided is a polypropylene carbonate based resin composition used as a hot melt adhesive. In detail, the present invention is to provide a composition of the hot melt adhesive having high adhesion to a polar surface of the polypropylene carbonate resin based hot melt adhesive and adhesion to a non-polar surface. The composition of hot melt adhesive according to the present invention has excellent compatibility between raw materials so as to have a completely uniform phase, thereby increasing cohesive energy as the adhesive and having the excellent adhesion to the polar or non-polar surface.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an ester-based compound plasticizer using cyclic polybasic acid, and particularly, to a plasticizer for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and to plastics containing same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a plasticizer derived through the esterification of cyclic polybasic acid and alcohol. The polyvinyl chloride resin composition prepared by the plasticizer according to the present invention produces products having excellent plasticizing efficiency, and further improves physical properties such as hardness, tensile strength, etc.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a polyalkylene carbonate resin composition having an interpenetrating crosslinked structure, the composition comprising an aliphatic polycarbonate obtained by reacting carbon dioxide with one or two or more different types of epoxide compounds selected from the group consisting of: halogen or alkoxy substituted or unsubstituted (C2-C10) alkylene oxides; halogen or alkoxy substituted or unsubstituted (C4-C20) cycloalkylene oxides; and halogen, alkoxy, alkyl or aryl substituted or unsubstituted (C8-C20) styrene oxides, as well as one or more compound(s) selected from aliphatic polycarbonate and polyol compounds, epoxy-based compounds and acrylic compounds, and a curing agent able to polymerise, crosslink or react therewith.
Abstract:
Provided is a method for improving thermal stability of polypropylene carbonate and, more particularly, a method of end capping a molecular chain of polypropylene carbonate using a urethane group by adding isocyanates or diisocyanates to a polypropylene carbonate resin, which may optionally be a mixture containing tertiary polyol, so as to delay thermal degradation of the polypropylene carbonate at a high temperature, thereby securing desired thermal stability. Especially, the method capable of being easily applied to reactive extrusion after preparing the polypropylene carbonate has been proposed, thus simplifying production processes and ensuring economical advantages. Moreover, the above method does not deteriorate transparency and specific smoke density characteristics at combustion, which are advantages of the polypropylene carbonate.
Abstract:
Provided is a polypropylene carbonate (hereinafter, PPC) paint composition, and more particularly, a pre-coated metal (PCM) paint composition for coil coating, which is mainly applied to cases for home appliances requiring high hardness, such as cases of a refrigerator. The composition can be used to provide a PCM paint, which has very low smoke density at the time of burning and emits remarkably low amounts of combustion gas and poisonous gas due to combustion at the time of firing, as compared with the existing laminate steel plate and a high-gloss film. In addition, the composition exhibits excellent adhesion to metal materials and excellent durability so that it can be usefully used for a PCM print steel plate applied to home appliances.
Abstract:
This invention relates to a resin composition using a dicarboxylic acid diester derivative as a plasticizer, and particularly to a resin composition, which is obtained by adding the plasticizer to one or more resins selected from among aliphatic or aromatic polycarbonate resins, polyurethane resins, polyvinyl chloride resins and epoxy resins, and which has a low glass transition temperature (Tg) and can be easily processed and can impart flexibility to products. This plasticizer exhibits high plasticization efficiency, and a resin composition including the plasticizer can manifest a low glass transition temperature and good flexibility at low temperature, thus improving physical properties such as tensile strength, even when only a small amount of the plasticizer is added.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a novel ester-based plasticizer, and more specifically to one which is produced by means of an esterification reaction between a polyhydric alcohol, alkylene oxide and a fatty-acid or aromatic carboxylic acid. When the plasticizer according to the present invention is used to produce a poly(vinyl chloride) resin, there are advantageous effects in that it is possible to obtain products with outstanding plasticization efficiency, and physical properties such as hardness and tensile strength are also improved.
