본 발명은 저점도를 갖는 핫멜트 접착제 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 이산화탄소와 1종 이상의 에폭사이드 화합물의 공중합에 의한 지방족 폴리카보네이트를 포함하는 핫멜트 접착제 조성물에 점도강하제를 포함함으로써 종래의 접착력을 유지하면서 점도를 감소시켜 저온에서도 용이하게 사용할 수 있는 저점도를 갖는 핫멜트 접착제 조성물에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
Provided is a hot melt adhesive composition including aliphatic polycarbonate. With the hot melt adhesive composition according to the present invention, the pyrolysis temperature is low, such that the harmful gas is not generated at the time of waste treatment, resulting in providing an excellent environmentally friendly product. In addition, the hot melt adhesive composition has the low melting temperature to thereby be usable at low temperature and exhibit sufficient adhesive strength.

Provided is a self-adhesive composition having excellent weather resistance, adhesive strength, transparency, and durability to durability against ultraviolet rays, containing aliphatic polycarbonate by copolymerization of carbon dioxide and at least one epoxide compound. Also, provided are a self-adhesive film for glass produced from the self-adhesive composition containing aliphatic polycarbonate and a use thereof.

The present invention refers to a formulation suitable for the manufacture of a pressure sensitive adhesive, said formulation comprising: a) 40-95 wt% of polyalkylene carbonate having a number average molecular weight higher than 17.000 Da; b) 5-60 wt% of a polyether carbonate polyol having CO 2 groups randomly incorporated in the chemical structure thereof, wherein the content of CO 2 ranges from 0,5 to 40 wt%, based on the total weight of the polyether carbonate polyol; and c) optionally, less than 30 wt% of a tackifying resin, provided that said formulation does not contain any reticulating agent.

The present disclosure relates to thermoplastic polycarbonate blends compositions having, among other characteristics, improved electroplate adhesion properties. In particular, the disclosure relates to such polycarbonate compositions comprising a polycarbonate component, a primary ABS impact modifier, and a secondary impact modifier chemically different from the primary impact modifier. Also included herein are methods for preparing and/or using the same, as well as articles formed from such compositions/blends.

Provided is a polypropylene carbonate based resin composition used as a hot melt adhesive. In detail, the present invention is to provide a composition of the hot melt adhesive having high adhesion to a polar surface of the polypropylene carbonate resin based hot melt adhesive and adhesion to a non-polar surface. The composition of hot melt adhesive according to the present invention has excellent compatibility between raw materials so as to have a completely uniform phase, thereby increasing cohesive energy as the adhesive and having the excellent adhesion to the polar or non-polar surface.

The present invention provides adhesive compositions and methods of using the same (e.g., wafer or flexible substrate processing methods). The adhesives of the present invention incorporate aliphatic polycarbonates with improved characteristics relative to prior art polycarbonates.
