Abstract: A method of detecting a disease associated with pulmonary vascular remodeling. The method includes administering a radioisotope-conjugated antibody against vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). The method further includes imaging said antibody using positron emission tomography (PET), computed tomography (CT), or magnetic resonance imaging (MIR). Retention of said antibody reflects vascular remodeling.
