Abstract:
A wet/dry sheet dispenser. The dispenser has an elongate refill which holds a liquid and fits into a complementary base. Liquid is selectively dispensed from the refill by longitudinal activation of a pump. The pump may be disposed on either the refill or base. Liquid flows from the refill, into the base and is ultimately dispensed onto a sheet. This arrangement allows for convenient and selective one hand pump operation, so the other hand is free to grasp the sheet. The sheet may be used wet or dry as desired at the point of use.
Abstract:
A direct-foam cleaning product is provided. The direct-foam cleaning product comprises a cleaning composition comprising from about 5%to about 15%, by weight of said composition, of a surfactant system and an effective amount of a organic grease cleaning solvent, wherein said cleaning composition is formulated to provide a foam having a compression force of about 2.4 gf*mm to about 4.3 gf*mm. Such direct-foam cleaning product provides good foaming properties and surface coverage when the composition is sprayed directly onto soiled dishware. This leads to efficient cleaning of soiled dishes via a direct-foam and rinse action, which avoids traditional methods of soaking soiled dishes in detergent baths and/or scrubbing soiled dishware with a sponge or cleaning implement.
Abstract:
A dispensing device is selectively operable in a first mode of operation and a second mode of operation. The device comprises a base and a refill removably connectable with the base. The base comprises a first dispensing system and a first actuator communicably connected with the first dispensing system. The refill comprises a reservoir having a sidewall and an orifice. The first dispensing system is in fluid communication with the refill in the first mode of operation and the refill is disconnected from the base in the second mode of operation.

Abstract:
A method of dispensing a composition from a dispensing device includes use of a dispensing device. The dispensing device includes a base and a refill removably connectable with the base. The base has a first actuator and the refill having a second actuator. The method includes the steps of: activating the first actuator to dispense a quantity of a composition from the base; and disconnecting the refill from the base; and activating the second actuator to dispense the composition from the refill.
