摘要: The invention relates to antigen-binding polypeptides comprising the CDR1, CDR2 and CDR3 region of a VHH domain of a camelid heavy chain antibody. The polypeptides bind specifically to CD73 and are therefore suitable for the diagnosis as well as for the therapeutic and prophylactic treatment of diseases characterised by increased CD73 expression. Conjugates and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the antigen-binding polypeptides are also disclosed. In addition, the invention relates to the use of such antigen-binding polypeptides in methods for detecting CD73 or CD73-expressing cells in a biological sample. Methods for purifying and concentrating CD73 or CD73-expressing cells using the antigen-binding poly- peptides are also described.

摘要: Die Erfindung betrifft Antigen-bindende Polypeptide, die die CDR1-, CDR2-, und CDR3-Region einer VHH-Domäne eines Kamelid-Schwereketten-Antikörpers umfassen. Darüber hinaus betrifft die Erfindung die Verwendung solcher Antigen-bindenden Polypeptide in Verfahren zum Nachweis eines Glykosyltransferase-Aktivität aufweisenden Toxins von Clostridium difficilein einer biologischen Probe. Verfahren zur Aufreinigung und/oder Aufkonzentrierung eines Glykosyltransferase-Aktivität aufweisenden Toxins von Clostridium difficile, bei denen die Antigenbindenden Polypeptide zur Anwendung kommen, werden ebenfalls bereitgestellt.

摘要: The present invention relates to fusion proteins comprising a cell surface marker specific VHH. In particular, the invention relates to bispecific VHH adaptor proteins, i.e. fusion proteins comprising an adeno-associated virus (AAV) specific VHH linked to a cell surface marker specific VHH. Moreover, the invention relates to a recombinant AAV which comprises a fusion protein in which a cell surface marker specific VHH is integrated into a capsid protein of the AAV. Also nucleotide sequences encoding such fusion proteins, vectors are contemplated. The invention moreover refers to uses of the fusion proteins and nucleic sequences for gene therapy.
