Abstract:
The sealing element (3) for a pipe connection comprises an annular body (5), a first elastic member (6), which is arranged on the inner perimeter of the body (5), and a second elastic member (7), which is arranged on an end surface of the body (5). The sealing arrangement comprises a sealing element (3), which is arranged around a pipe (2) and against a mating surface (9).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a prechamber arrangement to be fitted into the cylinder head (2) of a combustion engine (1), comprising a separate body part(4) and a nozzle part (5), which together mainly define a prechamber (3), which is connected to a main combustion space (7) of a cylinder (6) through nozzle openings (5a) of the nozzle part (5). According to the invention, the body part(4) is supported on the cylinder head (2) and provided with joint surfaces (4b) for supporting the nozzle part (5) on the body part(4).
Abstract:
Invention relates to an internal combustion piston engine provided with a heat shield for an exhaust gas duct (22). The body of heat shield forms a collar around the exhaust gas duct (22), and that the heat shield is provided with an aperture (26) extending from a first end of the body to the second end of the body, through which aperture the exhaust gas duct (22) extends (26), and wherein a gap (42) is provided between the exhaust gas duct (22) and the heat shield (24) collar, and that the first cooling fluid opening (36) is arranged to communicate with cooling channel (28) of the cylinder head and the second cooling fluid opening (34) is arranged at a radial distal end of the heat shield from a center line of the aperture (26).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a sealing (10) suitable for use in an internal combustion piston engine (400) and arrangeable between a first flange (310) of a first conduit segment (301) and a second flange (320) of a second conduit segment (302) wherein both the first conduit segment (301) and the second conduit segment (302) comprise at least two parallel conduits: a first conduit (120', 120") for a first fluid and a second conduit (140', 140") for a second fluid, the sealing (10) comprises a plate member (20) having at least a first hole (12) for a first fluid passage and a second hole (14) for a second fluid passage wherein the sealing (10) comprises at least one leakage channel (30.1) arranged extending on a plane of the plate member (20) between the first hole (12) and the second hole (14) and that said at least one leakage channel (30.1) is arranged to extend into operational proximity with a boundary (28) section of the plate member (20) for discharging a potential leakage fluid from the sealing (10) in a case of a leakage event. In addition, the invention relates to a flange assembly (100) in an internal combustion piston engine (400).
Abstract:
The gas exchange valve arrangement for an internal combustion engine comprises a gas exchange valve (1, 1'), a pressurizing chamber (9), a reciprocating piston (7) that protrudes into the pressurizing chamber (9), a receiving chamber (5, 5') that is arranged around the valve stem (1b, 1b') of the gas exchange valve (1, 1'), and a hydraulic fluid duct (6, 6') for connecting the pressurizing chamber (9) to the receiving chamber (5, 5'). A piston surface (1d, 1d') is arranged in the receiving chamber (5, 5') in connection with the valve stem (1b, 1b'), and a second piston surface (1e, 1e') is arranged in connection with the valve stem (1b, 1b') and exposed to the pressure in the gas exchange duct (2) for facilitating closing of the gas exchange valve (1, 1'). The invention also concerns a gas exchange valve (1, 1').
