Abstract: A method of treating an inflammation in a subject in need thereof is disclosed. The method comprises administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of perforin+ immature DCs (Perf+ im DCs), thereby treating the inflammation in the subject. Methods of generating Perf+ im DCs, wherein the Perf+ im DCs are inhibited from maturing are also disclosed. Isolated population of cells, pharmaceutical compositions and articles of manufacture are also disclosed.
