Abstract: A charging station (10) for charging an electric vehicle, the charging station (10) comprises an outer housing (15) containing controller and power electronics mounted to at least one printed circuit board (20) and an interface enabling connection of the charging station (10) to the electric vehicle. The charging station (10) further comprises at least one light source (25) connected to the at least one printed circuit board (20), and where the interface is a connector (30) made of a translucent or semi-translucent material in at least an area (40) of the connector (30) directed at the light source (25).

Abstract: An input connector assembly (100) for detecting residual current and adapted for connecting power sources to electric equipment of electric vehicles, comprising a wire terminal block (110) with wire terminals (130) for receiving electrical wires, lock and release mechanisms (120) connected to the wire terminal block (110) for fixing electrical wires to conductors in the wire terminals (130). The assembly (100) further comprises a residual current sensor (150) adapted to be mounted to a flat surface (160) and a support holder (140) designed to be placed above the residual current sensor (150) and to be connected to the flat surface (160), and were the support holder (140) is further adapted for supporting the wire terminal block (110) in a position above the residual current sensor (150), and where conducting connection pins (170) runs from the conductors in the wire terminals (130) through openings in the residual current sensor (150) to the flat surface (160).

Abstract: A Type-2 connector (100) for a charging station (10). The connector (100) comprises power pins (120) and signal pins (110) for transferring power and signals when connected to circuitry of the charging station (10). The power pins (120) and signal pins (110) of the connector are mounted to an upper side of a flat base plate (130) fitted with holes for transferring connecting terminals of respective power pins (120) and signal pins (110) to an underside of the base plate (130) for connection to the circuitry of the charging station (10).
