A dispenser device (1) for filtering and cooling drinking water, comprising: a filter tank (4) comprising an inlet of water to be filtered (30) which is connectable to a water supply network, and an outlet of filtered water (31); a filter arranged internally of the filter tank (4), which filter is in fluid communication with the inlet of water to be filtered (30) and with the outlet of filtered water (31); a refrigeration circuit (2) in turn comprising an evaporator. The filter tank (4) is heat-conducting; the evaporator comprises an evaporator serpentine (6) which surrounds the filter tank (4) such as to cool the water contained in the filter tank (4); the filter tank (4) is extractable from the evaporator serpentine (6) in order to be replaced.

Automatic dispenser (1) for preparing and dispensing a liquid food mixture, comprising: a food concentrate tank (2); a pipeline (3) which comprises a first conduit (4) comprising a food liquid inlet (4a) and a first food liquid outlet (4b), a second conduct (5) comprising a food concentrate inlet (5a), which is in fluid communication with the food concentrate tank (2), and a food concentrate outlet (5b); flow rate stabilization means (8) arranged along the first conduit (4); a self-priming mixing pump (6) comprising an inlet (6a), which is in fluid communication with the first food liquid outlet (4b) of the first conduit (4) and with the food concentrate outlet (5b) of the second conduct (5), and a liquid food mixture outlet (6b). The self-priming mixing pump (6) is designed for: suctioning the food concentrate from the food concentrate tank (2); creating a depression inside the self-priming mixing pump (6) which is such as to mix, inside the same self-priming mixing pump (6), the food concentrate and the food liquid obtaining a liquid food mixture; allowing the pressurized outflow of the liquid food mixture from the liquid food mixture outlet (6b).

Apparatus for preparing and dispensing a diluted beverage (1), comprising: a mains water inlet (2); a valve (3) for opening or shutting water flow; a food concentrate container (6); an outlet (8) for the beverage; a user interface (9) for commanding dispensing of the beverage; a volumetric pump (10) for drawing and mixing the food concentrate and water. The volumetric pump (10) is in fluid communication with the valve (3) outlet (5) and with the beverage (8) outlet. The apparatus (1), further comprises: a first conduit (13), a first end (14) of which is connected to the outlet (7) of the food concentrate container; and a second end (15) of which is connected to the volumetric pump inlet (12); a second conduit (16), a third end (17) of which is in fluid communication with the valve outlet (5); and a fourth end (18) of which is connected to an intermediate portion (19) of the first conduit (13); control means (20) which activate the valve (3) and the volumetric pump (10). The second conduit (16) comprises a section narrowing (21) for regulating the outflow velocity of the water entering the first conduit (13). The apparatus (1), further comprises a detecting unit (22) for detecting the quantity of water flowing from the water inlet (2), connected to the control means (20). The control means (20) activate the volumetric pump (10) so as to regulate the flow of food concentrate and water in response of the data received by the detecting unit (22).
