Article (100), such as quilted construction, and methods of making the same are described. A quilted construction may comprise a first woven sheet (102), a second woven sheet (104), a series of stitching (107, 108), a reinforcing body (112), and a thermally insulating filler (114). The first woven sheet is coupled to the second woven sheet via a series of stitching to define one or more chambers (110). The reinforcing body may have a figure-eight form and is disposed between the first woven sheet and second woven sheet such that a crossover of the figure-eight form is aligned with the series of stitching. The thermal insulating filler is disposed within the one or more chambers.

These seamlessly adjacent different fabric weave sections may be selected from plain fabric weaves, twill fabric weaves and/or Dobby fabric weaves. Aquatic activity shorts are provided which include a one piece rear fabric panel providing a seamless back rise.

Embodiments relate to conductive textiles and methods of their production, as well as systems for electronically connecting devices through conductive textiles. An example textile comprises a first electrically conductive track; a second electrically conductive track; and at least one non-conductive portion. At least a portion of the first electrically conductive track overlaps or is in close proximity to at least a portion of the second electrically conductive track. At least said portions of the respective tracks are separated by an insulating material so that there is no electrical coupling between the first and second tracks.

Со стороны одной из горловин трубчатой основы содержатся две линии трансформации, которые выполнены в виде разрезов, которые начинаются из горловины. Линии трансформации расположены параллельно друг другу. Со стороны одной из линий трансформации, расположенные линии трансформации, выполнены в виде щелевых разрезов, которые сгруппированы попарно, причем пары расположены параллельно друг другу и параллельно оси линии трансформации. Все линии трансформации содержат элементы фиксации, в качестве которых могут быть пуговицы, кнопки, липучки и другие средства, которые используются в конструкциях одежды для целей соединения этих элементов. A zoned moisture management garment is presented, which provides one-way moisture transport from a wearer's body and zones of different moisture management performance. By incorporating dissolvable yarns, removable by a printable paste, with non- dissolvable yarns of different denier per filament, zoned garments with a denier differential mechanism can be created. The zoned garment optimizes evaporative cooling and wicking zones of a garment based upon a sweat profile and contact profile of the wearer.

Elastically deformable sheet (18) is bonded, under heat and pressure to a knitted fabric (16). Both the sheet and the knitted fabric (16) are elastically extendable. The sheet is then heat and pressure bonded to a pair of trousers (12) with the clothing of the trousers being extendable. The fibres of the knit (16) allow the clothing of the trousers to extend with the greater elasticity of the sheet (18) subsequently returning the fibres (16) and the clothing to the original shape.

A woven trim piece is provided that utilizes "grip" yarns in the warp direction to increase the coefficient of friction of the trim piece. The grip yarns are interlaced with a plurality of filling yarns to form a repeating pattern of floats on a first face of the trim piece, such that a high percentage of the first face of the trim piece comprises grip yarns.
