Abstract:
An absorbent paper product. The absorbent paper product can be in a non-circular shape when unfolded and flattened, and folded in a stackable, non-planar form for dispensing. The absorbent paper product can be non-circular in shape when unfolded and flattened, and can be a tessellating shape or a non-tessellating shape.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a stack (1) of web material for hygiene products, for use in a dispenser, comprising at least one continuous web material (2, 3) being Z-folded about transverse folding lines (4), thereby providing panels having a length (L) along said folding lines, and a width (W) perpendicular to said folding lines, said panels being piled on top of each other to form a height (H) of said stack extending between a first end surface (5) and a second end surface (6) of said stack 1, and said first end surface (5) being provided with a first connector (11a), and said second end surface (6) being provided with a second connector (11b). At least one of said first and second connectors (11a, 11b) comprises a first mechanical connector structure (51) and a second mechanical connector structure (52), said first and second mechanical connector structures (51, 52) being two corresponding structures, each structure being capable of forming a mechanical interconnection with said other structure, and being incapable of forming a mechanical interconnection with an identical structure, whereby said at least one of said first and second connectors (11a, 11b) is mechanically connectable to another connector of another stack of web material, said another connector comprising said first and/or second mechanical connector structure.
Abstract:
A stack (2) comprising a plurality of sheets (4) of web material is provided. The stack (2) comprises a plurality of bundles (6) of substantially coextensive sheets (4) of web material, wherein each bundle (6) comprises at least two sheets (4) of web material of said plurality of sheets (4) of web material, and wherein in the stack (2), the bundles (6) of said plurality of bundles (6) are alternatingly offset in relation to each other. Further a method of dispensing at least two sheets of web material is disclosed.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a stack of a web material, such as a tissue web material, said stack having fold lines (fn) extending laterally across the web, the distance between two consecutive fold lines being equal to the stack width (sw), and perforation lines (pn) extending laterally across the web, to form sheets of web material having a length corresponding to the distance between consecutive perforation lines (pn), the majority of said sheets having sheet lengths being greater than the stack width (sw) and other than evenly divisible with the stack width (sw), wherein the perforation lines (pn) are positioned along the web material such that all perforation lines are located at least a distance M from any fold lines in the stack, such that all perforation lines are separate from any fold lines in the stack. The invention also relates to a method for producing said stack.
Abstract:
The object of the present invention is to provide an inventive package (1) of folded sheet products, which package (1) comprising a stack (2) of said sheet products, and a package wrapper (3), which surrounds said stack (2) and holds said stack (2) together. The stack (2) comprises a start sheet product(4) at a start end (5) of said stack (2), and an end sheet product (6) at an opposite end (7) of said stack (2). The package wrapper (3) comprises a first end portion (12) and a second end portion (13), which end portions(11, 12) are mutually joined by first attachment means (15) at a first attachment location (14) where said end portions (11, 12) are overlapping and with said first end portion (12) arranged outside said second end portion(13).The first attachment location (14) is arranged such that a release tab (19) for removal of said package wrapper (3) is formed by an end piece (18) of said first end portion (12), and a free extremity (20) of said release tab (19) is arranged at said start end (5) of said stack (2).The second end portion (13) of said package wrapper (3) is free from direct attachment to said stack (2), and said first end portion (12) of said package wrapper (3) is joined with said start sheet product (4) by second attachment means (22) at a second attachment location (21).A sheet product dispenser and a method for loading a sheet product dispenser are also provided.
Abstract:
A Nonwoven fibrous structures with a high interfacial pore size and substrates made therefrom are provided. The substrates may be used, for example, in wipes. In one embodiment, the wipes include a hydromolded pattern on one side. The hydromolded pattern has an average pore-size of the interface between two stacked wipes that is greater than 180 microns in radius. In addition, a method for manufacturing nonwoven fibrous structures with high interfacial pore size is also provided.
Abstract:
A stack of interfolded absorbent sheet products comprises a plurality of absorbent sheets each of which is itself folded at least twice about axes that are perpendicular to one another. The absorbent sheets have an embossed surface relief of a predetermined pattern or design. Each of the absorbent sheets within the stack comprises at least one pair of panels sandwiched between a pair of adjacent panels of another of the absorbent sheets in the stack.
Abstract:
A disposable wipes refill kit is described which comprises an outer container and a plurality of individual stacked wipes. In one embodiment the outer container has opposed end panels and a peripheral surface interposed between the two end panels, wherein at least one of the end panels is openable exposing a part of the leading edge of a plurality of wipes. In a second embodiment, the outer container has an upper portion extending from the base and being detachable along a line of weakness which exposes a part of the leading edge of a plurality of wipes.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to wet wipes for use in wiping surfaces in the home and in industry, in addition to their use on the human body such as for baby wipes, make-up removal and other skin care applications. The wet wipes are stacked and contained in a dispensing container (20). According to the present invention improved pop up dispensing of the wipes is provided by the combination of the dispensing aperture (29) of the dispensing container (20) having certain dimensions in combination with a wipe stack wherein the wipes are provided such that the average separation force between two adjacent wipes is from 75 g/cm to 250 g/cm .
